P9 Tasks ("we", "us", "our") is an internal task management platform operated by Planet Nine Private Air, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and task data. We also collect authentication information through Google Sign-In or email/password authentication provided by Firebase.

How We Use Your Information

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), located in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Task data may be visible to other authorized users within your organization as configured by your administrator.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting your system administrator.

Authorized Use

P9 Tasks is an internal platform. Access is granted by system administrators. Unauthorized access is prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Acceptable Use

Data Ownership

All data entered into P9 Tasks is owned by Planet Nine Private Air, LLC. You retain responsibility for the accuracy of data you create.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows may occasionally interrupt service.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
